Calling the Programs: (where domain.com.au is your domain and file.mv is the file name)
All account types: use http://www.domain.com.au/file.mv
Note that http://domain.com.au/file.mv (domain without www prefix) or http://209.40.103.9/file.mv (the IP address) will not work. You must call Miva as http://www.domain.com.au/file.mv.
Commerce Directory:
In Miva, there is a concept of "commerce directory." On our servers this directory is a directory named (as default) miva_commerce in your home directory. Therefore, for using the Miva commerce system, you should create a directory miva_commerce within your home directory.
Note Regarding Domains sharing the same account:
As resold domains are usually controlled by the same user, the owner of the parent domain and shared domains will have a common starting directory for Miva data. Of course Miva scripts remain at their usual place (the web site file directory for each account) - different for both.
However, shared domains with an associated FTP account for that domain will have a different data directory and this will be same as the Miva script directory. Ie. for all script / data / HTML documents, it will be the common starting directory.
